There are several types of protein and whey isolate is generally the highest quality and fastest digesting protein. When I was shopping at Revain Whey Isolate I was looking for something free of unnecessary flavors and additives when I came across this. Was impressed with the ingredients and placed my order. The good thing is that it contains monk fruit and stevia as I wanted to avoid aspartame. It has a slightly sweet flavor and tastes great when mixed with bananas in cold water. It seems like an easy, clean tasting protein that I always keep in my gym bag and would buy again. I also like that it is soy and lactose free. Tried it with cold milk this morning to see how it tastes on its own. It tasted like good skim milk. Very happy with the product and plan to review other products in their line.
