Review on Enhance Your Morning Routine with the Mr. Coffee 12-Cup Stainless Steel Programmable Coffee Maker by Patty Yenbamroong

Okay I never write reviews but I was so upset on a Saturday morning waking up to an amazing coffee but thickened and poured water and turned it on to hear 5 beeps and nothing ! My husband and I tried everything, turned off, drained the water, checked everything, called # in the instructions and couldn't speak to anyone, they said to clean it like this (which I do regularly). We added white vinegar but still nothing, he didn't even try to skip it so I'm not sure why they thought it was a quick fix. Tried again 10 times, same thing, 5 beeps and nothing. Then I read about 4 other reviews that said the same thing. To top it off, this morning I saw a friend go to a coffee shop because his office coffee maker died, I asked a few questions, same coffee maker, exact same problem, and he's had it for less than a year! Do not buy this coffee maker, after that I will leave the Mr brand completely. Coffee, I'm not usually a big blunder, but I hate spending dollars on something because I think it's a good long-term purchase, and then have to throw it in the trash a year later (after taking good care of it have). Try Cuisinart. let's see how long it lasts!
