Review on Summit Tools DPS3 085CN S 7-inch Digital Power Supply by Michael Hogate

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Seems to work well with wrenches

Bought this torque wrench for a hotel renovation project I am doing. Something smaller is needed. This will bring many benefits. Tighten the socket head cap screws on the sliding barn door tracks. 7 screws per door for 387 doors. hope it lasts So far everything works fine for the first week except attaching the hex tips. The 5mm metric tip will not seat properly, twisting and getting stuck in the screw head. You have to shake it every time to open it. Other than that, it's a very good tool. I can see where to buy more 5mm tips. My normal 5 key fits perfectly. I don't understand the careless fit of the tip that came with the wrench. I'll update if it's used more often. But so far I'm happy with them. Torque wrench update. May 28th The torque wrench has been on site for almost 3 months. You take advantage of it. Tightened over 1200 screws and finally broke the tip. I don't think it's the manufacturer. Bought a new 3/8 socket with a 5mm tip for $2 at a local hardware store. Works perfectly. The key holds very well. I changed the batteries as needed and it keeps ticking. This seems accurate enough for our purposes. Worth the price.
