The issue I had was resolved with satisfactory customer service and a new part was shipped within two business days. The part arrived and I installed it with no problems, it booted and works as it should. Support has tried to fix it and while they aren't rocket scientists, neither am I, and the part that failed is hard to solve as you're wondering if it's getting power etc. Now I have a FWD. For those doing this on a 2004 Suburban, you CAN do this without lowering the driveshaft by turning the center bolt behind the driveshaft in quarter inch increments. Patience is all that is required. If the alignment lugs on the splines coming out of the transfer case are not aligned, put the transmission in neutral and use pliers and a rag to turn the splines for protection.
