I like that it allows me to search by keyword in addition to date/time of creation. It also makes finding documents much easier than other systems we've used previously. The interface could use some work; there are many small features which aren't intuitively obvious how they're supposed to operate (for example, when you click "edit" next to a document title, what happens?). Also, sometimes it takes multiple clicks before something will open up - so if you don't have your mouse over it at first, it may not register as being clicked. We had been using another system with similar functionality but was more cumbersome overall. This has made our workflow much simpler.
