I like how its able handle more than 1 category per email as well it looks cool too! Its not all that great i know but still pretty good once you get used with using in some way of life!! It has been very helpful in classifying my documents so that I don't have duplicate copies of important information! There are some features we would like added but they haven’t had enough market share yet (such as adding additional fields). It helps me with classifying my documents without having much human intervention needed in it unlike other tools which require some manual work before I could start using their product effectively! Also they are very responsive when you have questions about your account setup/upgrades etc., so far no complaints here!! I like that it allows me to search by keyword in addition to date/time of creation. It also makes finding documents much easier than other systems we've used previously. The interface could use some work; there are many small features which aren't intuitively obvious how they're supposed to operate (for example, when you click "edit" next to a document title, what happens?).
