I need to add to my original review [see below]. After contacting the folks at Mobile Pixel, not only did they respond almost immediately, but they sent new magnets and attachments the same day. You seem to have solved the problem. Also, they have since contacted me several times to clarify this and let me know so I can contact them if I have any further concerns. I didn't have them. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again should the need arise. [The monitor is excellent. The picture is clear and big enough. A BIG PROBLEM: The 2 oval metal discs attached to the laptop's magnets came loose several times. I can push them back onto the monitor case with glue, but they keep peeling off. This makes the product feel cheap and not very well designed. Disappointing.]
