This would be a great product if the mount could be tightened enough to hold the iPhone securely. It would need a stick on the rubber bumper or a way to make the back that moves thicker so it can move farther and closer to the phone. I tightened it all the way, and the phone still fell out instantly. VERY DISAPPOINTED. RETURNED. The instructions are also unclear. It says the phone holder is a separate item. If it exists, then it didn't exist. If not, then the phone mount already attached to the stick is terrible as your iPhone 10S MAX is guaranteed to fall out of this product. I was supposed to shoot the next day and then fly out that same night. This terrible product caused the shoot to be canceled. After watching many YouTube videos showing a more conventional tripod mount, I can clearly see that the photos posted on Revain are COMPLETELY FALSE PHOTOSHOP COMPOSITES. THEY MAY BE PROVIDED BY EOCEAN BUT NEVER AMAZON. IT IS CONFIRMED THAT WHAT THEY SHOWED ON THE INTERNET WAS TRULY FUNCTIONAL. I needed this device by a certain date. I relied on Revain and they failed me. They had the opportunity to go above and beyond and get me a new product with the right fit. You are not empowered to do the right thing when it needs to go beyond that. You know, calling the warehouse manager, manually picking up the item, manually shipping it, etc. It's not part of their culture. So they gave me money for the trouble they caused. But I don't have and won't have a selfie stick on a tripod that I need on a temporary basis. No question, 1 star.
