Review on JAMIX Kitchen Intelligence System by John Mejia

I have been using Jamix since it was first released in 2004 (or 2005). It has evolved considerably over time but remains one of my favorite tools because its flexibility allows me to do many things with little effort or training/knowledge required from users who are not technically inclined. The best thing about this software is that you can actually use it without any programming skills! All aspects of our operation run seamlessly thanks to excellent documentation provided by the developer which makes learning how everything works very easy. There's so much we could be doing better - however, given that there aren't too many alternatives out their at least they've solved some key problems related to kitchen automation. We're able to keep track of what ingredients need restocking, when items should go out for cleaning and other tasks.
