You can return a broken mop head
Mop litter in two packs is cheaper than Revain. I read the reviews and noticed that some people were upset that the refill didn't fit. I found this to be the case at one of the petrol stations and contacted Revain who was more than accommodating about returning it. I'm not sure why some people leave negative feedback before attempting to fix an issue. That being said I found the second replacement cartridge to be an easy replacement for my old one and I am more than happy with how it cleans tile floors.
