I use these hubs, soft and medium, to mount a couple of longboards for me and my friends, the Gullwing Sidewinder 2 Trucks on pintail boards ranging in size from 40" to 46" with a 70 -mm wheels and sizes from 1/” to 1” of solid rubber pads depending on how aggressive the thread is set (cruising rather than downhill/freeride). The carving is as deep and smooth as possible. I have Carver, C7 and CX4 settings and this set cuts smoother and deeper. However, C7 wobbles better. Swell Tech dives are getting choppy, boards with water adapters are cool, and everyone has a choice between my water and the Sidewinder 2 carving board. Water carving gets sharper and faster on the front end, but the Sidewinder is more progressive and controlled
