Difficult but worth it
The 'tools' were incredibly awkward so I removed the old screen with a knife, used a tiny screwdriver and unscrewed all the screws on the edge where you need to get the digitizer through the impossible slot, after removing the 4 screws, you can pry up the board a little to get it, and it will make your life much easier. This is the first time I've done something like this and I've done it, so you can too, it's definitely worth the money! It turned out great.
