The 'tools' were incredibly awkward so I removed the old screen with a knife, used a tiny screwdriver and unscrewed all the screws on the edge where you need to get the digitizer through the impossible slot, after removing the 4 screws, you can pry up the board a little to get it, and it will make your life much easier.
