My first reaction upon opening it was that it was much larger than I expected. The curve on this one is also a lot more pronounced than expected. Both are pleasant surprises. This monitor connects to both a gaming desktop and an Xbox X. The desktop features an OC Nvidia Strix GTX1080TI connected with an HDMI cable. The video quality is exceptional. The refresh rate offers excellent response time for fast-paced games. You will not be disappointed in this area! Color and contrast are excellent even at high frame rates. This is a fully automated Windows 10 system. I recommend making sure you have the latest drivers installed for your graphics card. I also recommend using a good quality HDMI cable. The monitor has many additional functions. I don't use most of them to be honest, but it's nice. Many will find them useful. The built-in USB hub and Ethernet port extend the capabilities of a notebook without a network adapter. The USB-C port can provide 90W of power to charge devices. That's enough power to charge a full-size MacBook Pro. The monitor does not have built-in speakers but can be used as a loop-through connection to an external speaker set. All in all, this monitor acts as a hub and helps reduce the number of cables on your desk. If you've never used a curved monitor before, it may take a few days to get used to it, but once you do, it's an amazing experience. Two of these monitors can be placed side by side to create a fully immersive experience. This is an amazing gaming monitor and I highly recommend it.
