It’s been almost two months since purchasing this cervical traction device. I was diagnosed with a bulging disc in my neck and have tried chiropractic care, physical therapy, dry needling and pain meds. None of which fully free me of pain.Been using the device along with a lacrosse ball for muscles in the shoulder blade are and a new cervical pillow by cushion lab.Between the three devices I’m pain free. Anytime I feel minor discomfort I use the lacrosse ball and traction device and it eliminates the issue.Was using 10 mins twice a day and now I use 10 mins as needed which is every few days.This has saved me 100s of dollars in medical bills just in the short period of time owning this device.I do recommend trying if you also suffer from acute or long term neck pain.
