I'm always looking for ways to freshen my breath at work after lunch without lugging a toothbrush full of toothbrush, toothpaste and mouthwash to the bathroom. This canister seemed like a great option as it's small enough to fit in a purse or pocket, is more natural than other products, and has good ingredients. The solution is absorbed into the mouth and freshens the breath. Tastes natural, with a strong aroma of pure mint (not the artificial mint found in toothpaste or mouthwash). However, it just didn't do what I was hoping for my mouth. My breath seems as fresh as I thought it would, and it didn't last long without eating. It will help you in an emergency and at least do something to reduce bad breath, but it won't eliminate it completely, it can force you to pay more attention to the parts of your breath that still smell bad. It's also a bit pricey for such a small bottle. I don't think I would buy again.
