I regret ordering this! These ratings are not the same. The company name and product line is there, but there aren't so many models that it's easy to get confused in these reviews. For example, a person might "love" a Zinus mattress, but if you look at their photos, it might be a hybrid or 12-inch mattress. Reviews fall within the same listing period. When I researched those related to the one I was looking at, opinions varied widely. I mean FAR. This review is for a full-size 8-inch foam nib. Cons: Those who said it was medium stiff may have compared it to a box spring with a thin duvet or Plymouth Rock. This sucker company is ok. I don't even feel that "layer of foam" underneath that soft quilting. In my opinion, they are based on closed sources. Let's be more specific: My average height is 5ft 7in, a well proportioned active body, around 160lbs. I usually sleep on my side but I can sleep on my back. I bought this for my 4 year old but sometimes he asks us out or we cuddle with him. Besides, aren't you interested in a new mattress anyway? - whatever it is, the smell of the material hasn't dissipated in 2 days so far - compared to my old Sleepy mattress, the measurements are a bit larger because no matter my sizes, it still fits the frame snugly while my old one just fit perfectly. - NO MANUFACTURER SUPPORT YET. Clicked on the website link and it's listed as "page not found" on your own website! - Would you like to return it? I don't know, trying to find out now. Send Revain (because it was sold by Revain Services LLC) a note that the item may have been damaged in transit (the end of the box was hastily re-taped and tightened). A corner is off and I can't straighten the fabric to cover that corner of the spool - maybe just crappy PI craftsmanship?). UPS won't take the mattress when I asked the curator what was true. Come to think of it, was the original delivery on a roll/pack and you're now trying to come back fully opened when you don't have the compression, vacuum packing and curling equipment? - Additionally you will carry 75 pounds compressed. FYI - if I don't get a decision from either Revain or Zinus - haha - then I'll be calling AMEX to dispute this nonsense. Pros: - The roll wrapping concept is cleaner than the old school via the truck/car method. Yes, that's right. everything for the professionals. I really wonder how this particular 8 inch model got so many "great" reviews. I usually don't select products that have less than 15 great reviews because I think that's questionable. about this mattress? I'll let you know when Revain resolves this situation. I'm going to rely on them now because it seems like Zinus is one of those "flying nights" made in a foreign land. Attention buyers! Update : Revain CS solved my problem! The tour guide was excellent. I wish I could remember her name now so I can thank her properly but she was friendly and I believe worked with her manager to authorize a refund and set things right. Many Thanks. CS gets 5 stars, but mattress stays at 1.
