I like that it's very simple for users who are not technical people but may need help with tracking tickets from time of creation through resolution or closing/closing out an issue (or whatever your process calls this).
And most importantly - they have excellent customer support! This software has helped me track issues so quickly without any problems at all in my experience thus far; just keep up communication about when you're going live as well because sometimes there can be delays depending upon circumstances outside our control which we were unaware until after launch day was set by others involved within these processes.- Issue management system / bug tracker & workflow tooling platform.
