Review on Lifeunion Adjustable Service Backpack Training by Rachel King

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Great idea, poor execution

I really liked this pack because the reviews were good. We're not that lucky. I find two basic design flaws: 1) zippers close the wrong way; therefore, when climbing uphill, the zipper opens slowly but surely on the way. As a result, we lost some valuable gear-less weekends because the zippers came loose and we didn't notice in time. 2) No matter how much you adjust the backpack straps on the dog and balance the weight, the backpack will slide sideways (which probably contributed to the loss of gear in #1 above). Also, since mid-December, an entire zip has been unzipped after use once a week, making that side of the pack virtually unusable. I think in the end you get what you paid for.

Pros
  • Storage for all your dog's essentials such as food, treats, toys, emergency supplies and travel bowls.
Cons
  • poorly thought out
