Review on 💡 Hosa PWA-486 90-Degree Right Angle NEMA 5-15R to NEMA 5-15P Power Adapter by Bernard Her

This 90 degree adapter (specifically NEMA 5-15R to NEMA 5-15P) is great. If your outlets are properly installed with the ground pin at the bottom, you can use the adapter to connect the power cord from below so that the profile is no more than a few inches from the wall. That's great if the outlet is behind furniture near the wall, and also great if the power cord of what you're plugging in is pretty stiff/heavy, as I think this adapter reduces the stress on outlets. Note that you can only install one of these for each wall outlet, as the top one will interfere with the bottom outlet. If you want to connect something to both ports, you need to install this adapter on the bottom port. The maximum current that can flow through this adapter is 15 amps. However if you want to run a full load I would choose a direct connection as I prefer to have the fewest connections/power supplies/splitters etc in between. but that's just my preference (for security reasons).
