Some parts were broken

I bought this set for my two granddaughters when they visit me. Unfortunately one of the parts of the bracelet was broken and didn't work at all. I also thought that we should get parts for making three necklaces AND three bracelets, but only parts for three bracelets arrived. Of course we were only left with two. The amulets were very pretty and colorful but it was a disappointment that the whole set wasn't there or what I was expecting.
