It's beautiful. Too bad I seasoned it before use. Lightweight steel, yet very durable, wash and dry as soon as possible. I left some gravy overnight (yes, I was lazy and didn't do the dishes) and the result was a permanent white spot around the pan where the gravy was. So wash and dry as soon as possible! Too bad I didn't get the one with the lid. When covering is required (usually) it is very difficult to wrap foil around these handles, especially when they are hot. However, it is used regularly and does not warp or bend. Works great for even heat distribution.
