I bought this pan for Thanksgiving because I felt I needed something better than what I was using. This is a solid pan and it was exactly what I was looking for. The handles face in so I could slide it into my oven and leave room on the side for other things. I cooked a 22lb turkey in it and even thought I was over the limit, it fit perfectly and the bird cooked great.

It's beautiful. Too bad I seasoned it before use. Lightweight steel, yet very durable, wash and dry as soon as possible. I left some gravy overnight (yes, I was lazy and didn't do the dishes) and the result was a permanent white spot around the pan where the gravy was. So wash and dry as soon as possible! I bought this roaster just before Thanksgiving because we had a new oven installed and our old roaster didn't fit anymore. I was a bit nervous as there were no reviews for this pan but decided to take a chance as it was one of the few pans that fit in my oven and didn't cost a fortune.
