Review on 🔥 Premium Stainless Steel Barbecue Bakeware: U-Rack Roasting Pans by Only Fire by Greg Muiznieks

I bought this roaster just before Thanksgiving because we had a new oven installed and our old roaster didn't fit anymore. I was a bit nervous as there were no reviews for this pan but decided to take a chance as it was one of the few pans that fit in my oven and didn't cost a fortune. To my surprise, the pan is very well made and quite sturdy, and the rack inside is very strong and durable. We cooked our 16 pounds. Thanksgiving turkey in this skillet and it came out amazing! Our old skillet didn't have a grate, so we rolled up aluminum foil and placed it under the turkey to separate the bottom of the pan, but it always ended up with excessive drips on it and dark meat was always greasy. The grate in this pan held the turkey well off the bottom of the pan, allowing us to add extra broth to the winding pan. The pan seems to distribute the heat fairly evenly as everything around it was evenly toasted and I will be making our Christmas rib roast in it. Cleaning was very easy and required very little effort on both the pan and the grate. If you have any doubts about going with this roaster I can tell you that it is excellent value for money and should give you a long life with proper care.
