I was extremely excited about buying the second generation of AirPods because of the fast communication with Siri and the ated processor. But, unfortunately, this is the most important disappointment of the year from technology. After THREE DAYS OF CARL'S WORK, the left earpiece stopped working, and after trying to make contact (by phone with Apple support), it stopped being detected by the phone. I handed it over to the official service center to get it working. Apparently, I was lucky - they did not repair for long, literally 3-4 working days. I came home, charged the case and headphones and . The left earpiece does not work again! What is it, quality control, where are you. I’m going to give the food to the service center again, I hope that the issue will be resolved, but in the meantime I sincerely DO NOT recommend purchasing this version of the headphones. And I sincerely wonder how such a raw product even entered the market, given that with the first airpods, such a problem on such a scale was not noticed.
