The best thing about redPath is that they are always there for you when it comes to any issues with your account, even if its just an hour or two of their time! I have never had anything bad come up from my experience working together so far - everything has been wonderful (and yes we did get our license upgraded after 3 months!).
Communication can be slow at times but not really enough information given as why things aren't being done in certain ways/timelines etc., which makes me feel like something could possibly go wrong without them knowing until much later down the line? That's all nitpicking though because honestly nothing came across negatively during this process thusfar :) We've only worked through one project since joining however communication was good throughout every step along way including final release date changes due to delays caused by COVID 19 pandemic situation within Canada & US.
