Received yesterday. I unpacked, read the instructions and did a test run today. Maneuverability was poor but I expected that from a vacuum style. But the light weight of the canister made the task easier. SUPER strong suction power. Was VERY impressed. I wish the rollers were easier to clean of hair (I have long hair and she would love it so most rollers get dirty) but that's the nature of the beast. Small inconveniences. The rigid floor mount is a bit difficult to move back and forth across the tile, but not impossible. Was still impressed with the suction power (owner of three cats and constantly handling food and dirt on tile floors, my previous vacuum didn't vacuum). Next time I'll try pinning the rug to the floor in the lowest position to see if that helps (with and without bristle movement). The other thing is that I'd like to have one button control of the on/off instead of having to go back to the canister. in order to do this. In general, this vacuum cleaner is very impressive. Definitely recommend to a friend.
