Review on πŸ”ͺ Efficient Knife Sharpening with Assorted Sanding on the Sander by Hunter Siemon

The main downside of this stylish sharpener

There are YouTube videos that make this look easy and it's really better to have one for a belt sander than not; However, remember that if you are making longer or larger blades, keep the blade flat to within 1 square foot. One inch at constant speed and light bevel pressure requires more technique than I expected. Also, it scratches the blade. For me and the occasional kitchen knife I sharpen, practice is not enough. Unfortunately I now want to throw away the entire belt sander setup. I got a clear KATS job and love it so much. I hate the stupid method of determining the angle of the port. Wasting my time and money and hurting my feelings.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • A bit crumpled
