Not what I expected, but useful nonetheless.
This kit is for damaged tabs or rounded tabs. And I will appreciate this achievement as soon as I use it for it. I wouldn't recommend it if your cleats rotate in the hub. Take a tab ripper, it has a big cutter to poke the bolt through the nut.
