No ink and I didn't have to open it until a few days past the return deadline. I don't print much but thought this cartridge would do more than a few copies. I was shocked when my printer stopped working and found the cartridge was completely empty. Normally, when you replace a cartridge, the ink gauge shows that there is some ink left on the bottom of the cartridge. Not this one. What a waste of money. The return period expired at the end of March and I only found it empty today - April 2nd. Do not buy from this company.
