6'4" 210 lbs. Size XL fits me exactly how I wanted it. Tighter = faster! Some brands I use Large for the same fit. When the zipper starts to unravel, it unties itself open.. put a little safety pin on the top right inside, no problem. I've seen this type of lycra suit in the past with a DUMB big "pillow" in the crotch that makes you look like a shoplifter with a watermelon in the crotch, or you have a manly period that puts the biggest maxi pad in the world!But don't worry here!GOOD THIN pad,can't notice it when wearing it.Firm.In the future I can cut and remove the inner layer.if I want but im At the moment it is not noticeable.
