Everything about this bark control device appears to be of high quality - form factor, design, feel of the body and buttons, clear instructions. Our neighbors have two very aggressive dogs and I get scared when I have to work on a chain link fence in the garden. I tried it and it seemed to work - they stopped barking when I pointed the device at them. This did not frighten them and they did not move away but calmed them down. I like the double barrel design for more power. The ultrasonic frequency is so high that I can't hear it at all, not a bit, but animals can hear it. When I pointed it at a tree, some of the birds immediately flew away. There are some minor downsides. 1. There's no battery level indicator, and 2. Vibrations get in the way when I have to hold the button down for more than a few seconds - it feels like I'm holding a personal vibrator, and I don't think it's necessary having so many "reviews" about pressing the button.
