I've been using this device for a few months now and my only real complaint about it is the screen flickering. I haven't figured out how often this happens, but when I'm working on something I've noticed that the screen just goes black for a few seconds and then comes back. I have used other similar products and have never had this problem. Also, I noticed in the reviews that some people say it doesn't work. Directions could be better. When you connect a device, it appears on your computer as an external hard drive. This disk contains a driver that needs to be installed. It's a simple installer and once you do that, the device will work.
