I had a toothache and went away. Due to my location and Covid I cannot go to the dentist. After flossing, brushing, and rinsing with salt water, nothing seemed to help. I did a little research and read that NEEM is antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and contains tea tree oil. It was a hot ticket to treatment until I could go to the dentist. Within the first week of use, the pain was gone. And I mean GONE! It may not work for you, but it worked for me. It was worth every penny. Came two in one package. NIIM with Cinnamon and NIIM with Tea Tree Oil. I used both tubes in a row after each meal and that solved my problem. Let's say it prevented a root canal. Good product!
