First of all, this Inkbird Pro appears to be a quality product. I liked the idea that I could set us up manually or with an app. Suggestion: DO NOT download the Inkbird Pro app even if you have Inkbird Pro unless you want to get terribly excited. I've tried dozens of times with no success. Then I downloaded the Inkbird Smart App and connected on the second try. I have carefully studied Anova and Joule. I first discovered sous vide on "Prime Day" and didn't get enough information to make a decision when it was $99. Now Joules cost $159. I have no regrets buying this Inkbird Pro. Hot water preparation in no time. Pretty efficient and high quality.
