In the description the very first benefit for me was that it was compatible with Cricket, my carrier. Right, that's not the case. Second selling point was a brand, love blu products, this would be my third. The third selling point was that the year was 2021, it looks like a modern model and the fourth selling point was the colour, an incredible shade of green which I love. When I received it the outer box wasn't sealed, when I opened it seemed to have been used or something, the charging cable was unwound and not in the bag it was supposed to be kept in, I was still thinking about keeping it , but when i put it in the imei to register the phone immediately told me that the phone is not compatible. I then called Cricket, the agent I spoke to also told me that the phone is indeed incompatible and why, quite a few whys in fact. I really wanted to keep the phone but I like my carrier and don't want to search and start over with a new carrier.
