Review on 🌱 Hydrofarm DX400HPS High Pressure Sodium Lamp: Enhancing Plant Growth and Yield by Vijay Patel

This company sent me through hell after they got the first bulb which broke inside and almost caught fire, then they did sent me another blown lightbulb. When I contacted them they said send pictures of it and I did, after receiving the pictures I was told I would receive my refund 2 days after waiting 2 days with no returns. I contacted them again and they said to send the bulbs back and print return labels but my printer broke. I was then told to email FedEx and ask them to print the label now, this is too much as I am physically unable and I don't have to go through this, having been told that my refund Is on the way. I thought they were a reputable company but no longer buy lightbulbs or anything fragile due to insecure packaging and/or shipping method. Thank god for the Amazon guarantee. I had to complain to get my money back. I will send the lamps back when I receive the return label to show them their problem! I really hope this is something VMI can fix because I love the prices. not all as I learned the hard way Thanks CP
