I bought a promotional item and encountered a number of problems; The software you are supposed to download from the device just recognizes that the device is plugged in about half the time and runs the Windows Ink Workspace software for me most of the time. This is a problem as it requires software to easily reprogram the buttons. The alternative is to buy an xpadder and reprogram them manually. It's easy to set up a device, but hard to know if it's working. I built a smaller computer to practice my art on a better tablet and that's why it failed the test. The loudest of them, however, is that often and randomly during a new quick stroke, it looks like I've taken the stylus and pushed very far from the screen and dragged it through the air to where the screen is. is, and thus made a line of impossible length (see attached video). As far as I can tell I can no longer return an item and strongly recommend looking elsewhere to purchase a drawing tablet for yourself.
