"WHO THE HELL NEEDS A $160 CLEAVER?!"Anyone that processes everything from chickens, to ostriches, to wild hogs!This cleaver feels very good in your hands and is just the right weight and length for power and control! Frozen chicken breasts? No problem!The sheath isn't very impressive.but I wouldn't carry a cleaver on my belt anyway.If you have a serious need for a cleaver, this one is the best I've owned, and I've owned many cleavers over the years.
