Review on Walker 16384 Direct Catalytic Converter by Nicholas Reggae

I unpacked the catalytic converter from the box and found that at the bottom of the box an exhaust gasket from the catalytic converter was crushed and unusable. Why the supplier didn't put the pad in the bag and taped it to the inside of the box to keep it from crushing I don't know. Due to supplier laziness, I had to go to my local parts store and spend $20 on a Felpro gasket. I have seen other reviews here where this is not an isolated case. I also had to buy a nozzle for the 02 gauge as the threads were still cast in and couldn't screw the 02 gauge in properly. It was an extra $7 if you don't have one in your toolbox. The fit was pretty good, except for a hole in the skid plate that shifted slightly and required some tinkering. The catalytic converter itself did its job correcting code P0420 and the car passed the smog.
