Review on LE LED Rope Lights, 33ft by Chuck Derrick

Everyone was talking about how bright they were, so I didn't think about that when I bought it; they are not bright. I have asked many questions about how it turns on and changes instantly. Sometimes it happens instantly and sometimes with a one-second delay. As for brightness, I have it in a 10ft closet, and the closet is about 6ft x 2ft. I wrapped it twice and the light is clearly not enough to see things on the shelves. I think I'll use it in combination with a very bright one, but with a delay; maybe it will light up with two stripes and then light up a second or two later. Very disappointed and had to send back when I saw how dull it was packaged. I waited too long to install and now it's a waste. ***Update 2019-04-26*** The Neon Mart seller has excellent customer service. You read my review and think I have a defective product. They offered a replacement or refund. I opted for a refund because it's too much work to remove. I am very happy with the outcome and would give them 5 stars for their customer service. So I changed my rating from 2 to 3 as they think the product is faulty.
