Review on 🎨 Oracal White Glossy 12-inch x 10 Ft Vinyl Roll: Durable and Versatile Crafting Material for DIY Projects by Gelin Battle

This product is great, 5 stars. Unfortunately I have to deduct 2 stars because of the packaging. To be clear, I do not subtract from my estimate shipping damage that is obviously not related to the product. However, the problem lies in the presentation of the product itself. This vinyl is cut into long 12 inch by 10 foot sections that are rolled into a tube. Instead of putting it in a poster or mailing tube, they put a sticker on it to keep it from unfolding, and that's the packaging limit. Nothing prevents the edges from bumping or even sticking. Also, the sticker they use to hold the roll together damages the vinyl when removed, sometimes to the point of tearing or stretching the vinyl, but usually just leaving unattractive marks that ruin the finish. Attached are photos of how my vinyl arrived. It looks like the rim of the tube was pushed into something hard enough to damage the vinyl. Although the photos only show the exterior, at least 3 of the 10 feet were damaged when I unfolded the tube. Luckily I needed this vinyl for a project that didn't need the full width of a 12" vinyl and I was still able to use it. When it arrived the shipping container didn't appear to have been damaged at all, leading me to believe that this damage was not caused by the shipping but by the packaging or lack thereof. Vinyl itself is a pleasure to work with. I have used Oracal vinyl for many years and will continue to purchase. White and black are my favorite purchases, and although white isn't the easiest color to remove (don't know why but that's what I've noticed) I keep coming back to it It looks great and cuts on both my Cricut Air 2 and Silhouette Cameo 3 good Overall I love this vinyl and would highly recommend it This is the best permanent vinyl I have ever used although the weeding can be a chore I have h found no better option. However, be aware that due to the packaging, it does not always arrive in perfect condition, especially around the edges. If you want the full 12 inches, you might be better off picking it up in person.
