Too cute and my dog โ€‹โ€‹loves it.

So. Delicious. I bought this for one of my dogs to take with us on our upcoming hike. We've used it every day so far and she loves it - and she's picky! The cat even invited itself to sit on a chair and was very pleased. The fabric is really strong (comparable material to a standard camping chair) and the padding is softer than I expected. The frame locks into place when open so there's no risk of it breaking in use and feels like a very solid build. I love how flat it folds and I expect it will be a great addition to our car camping game. The cover is NOT machine washable - I knew that from the description, but I really wanted to mention it here. The lid is firmly sewn to the frame, which is one of the reasons for its durability. My only complaint/warning: she's a bit clumsy; That means if my dog gets excited and either jumps or bounces off, he can tip back pretty easily. I was able to prevent this by putting my foot on the back leg/bar before jumping over it, so I think a "more permanent" solution would be to weight or lock it down during use. For reference, my dog weighs about 15 pounds. My 20 lb dog sat in it with no problems either, although it was a bit small for him. All in all a great purchase and I'm very glad I bought it. I wasn't sure about the price at first (I mean it's a $40 dog chair) but now that I see the quality I know I got a lot. I personally wouldn't recommend it for pets over 15 pounds just because of the size. It's low enough for an adult pet to easily climb in and strong enough to support an energetic pet.

Pros
  • The best
Cons
  • The packaging is ugly
