Awkward installation at first, but great customer service!
When we received these bars, there were five sets of screws in two different sizes. The smaller screws didn't fit in our closet, so I went to a large store to try and install a different tie rod mounting screw. To my surprise nothing came. I was ready to request a refund but decided to give the manufacturer a chance to fix the issue. They sent me five more screws of the longer variety and we were able to install them in our cabinets! They look great and seem very durable. I highly recommend!
