The most important features of this product are that it is very easy to use, has several free trial options available for you so you can test before making any purchase decision. I have not found anything to dislike as of yet but if there was something in particular then we would definitely address it. Great customer service from team members who were always ready to help me via email or phone calls whenever needed. They helped us get our sales funnel up-to-date quickly and easily once we had started using their software. I like how easy it is to use, as well as its customization options - you can set up rules for specific departments or functions within your organization. The interface could be more intuitive, but that's just nitpicking! Great software if you're looking for mapping functionality in an application. We are using this tool primarily for territory management, but we also have some custom reports built around it.
