The unit is nice and light but feels solid. The fans have a rainbow LCD backlight that looks cool and the fans can rotate. Another review said they didn't feel the fans with their hand over the fans, but these fans aren't made for directing art onto the device, they're made for blowing hot air away from the device. This works better on some devices as less hot air around the device will help it cool instead of blowing hot air, especially when the temperature around you is warmer. I've already seen my laptop's temperature drop by 1 degree. I have an ASUS ROG Zephyrus G14 GA401, the entire laptop is only about 13 inches wide, 9 inches deep and less than 1 inch tall. As a result, the laptop hangs sideways on the cooling unit, but hardly. Maybe 1/2 inch on each side. The rubber frame on the bottom holds the laptop well. I don't think it will let him slip. Since some of the fans can be moved/rotated, I rotated mine to be closer to the laptop's warmer areas. I really liked the LEDs in the fans. The fans are not too loud for me. I hardly hear the sounds of them. Power for fans - USB Type-A (from laptop) to USB-C (to fan). Decent cable length. The lowest position for the adjustable nozzle was still too high for me, so I used several different sized medical bottle caps, I was able to adjust the angle to be perfect for me. I don't use the bottom stand at all as it would tilt the laptop too much for me. Overall a decent product. Let's see how it holds up while I use it.
