Excellent Centralized Records Management System

InterAct is quick to implement, intuitive, and provides immediate benefits. The system is well managed and always ready to grow. They continually respond to our needs and requests within 24 hours. They provide a lot of useful information and tools. The customer support is very responsive and always available to assist and address our questions and concerns. It would be beneficial to have the ability to set up a password protected page for our employees to view incident reports. We have been able to utilize InterAct to efficiently manage many of our reports. With the ability to have the reports in one location we can track our reporting cycle and improve on it. InterAct RMS has been very easy to learn for my agency's use. The product has been easy to use. The customer service is excellent. I have not found any thing I dislike about this product. We are using InterAct RMS for multiple agencies, including the DOJ and US Marshals. It has allowed us to centralize our records management and to have a single source for the information we have been looking for.

Very user friendly interface that allows you quickly enter your data into their forms or upload documents directly onto them without too much time spent learning how each form works individually; also helps users keep organized by providing folders where they store all files related back
