The support team was very professional, responsive to questions or concerns we had during our implementation process. There were no issues with their service at this time (as of August 2018). They did not offer any additional services beyond payment processing but I feel it would be great if they could provide some ongoing monitoring for security purposes such as PCI compliance etc. As an online platform they really need to improve its UI/UX so more clients can navigate easily from one screen to another without having multiple tabs open in different browsers. Payment gateway integration. Benefits include easy payments made via credit cards to all customers within my organization's accounting system - less manual entry required! Also saves me money by using third party software rather than paying monthly subscription fees myself.
