I like Raytek MT4. It's accurate enough and good for loads of homework. Both my wife and I use it in the kitchen for everything from checking the oven to checking the fridge. I even use it to check when I need to clean my laptop's fan. The grandchildren love it, too, but they need to be supervised so they don't shine the laser beam in each other's eyes. We even took him on vacation to Yellowstone National Park where he was a big hit.
