If you go far enough down the rabbit hole, someone will surely light a sage tree and sacrifice a goat and claim that's the solution. Long story. The thing worked! So! Think of it like waxing a car. Drop a coin-sized cotton ball onto a microfiber towel, dab around the pot and begin karate jokingly wading the surface. Clean this beautiful thing. Rinse with hot soapy water and you're done! The pot took about 5-10 minutes but IT WORKS! Save yourself all the hassle and just get it. Worth reading this rather than watching online videos of people mixing baking soda with vinegar, rubbing it over a $20 "enamelled" Walmart Mainstay garbage pile, and cleaning it up like they're trying to lime erasable with a magic eraser.
